Shruta S. Sohoni holds a Bachelors and Masters in Social Work from the College of Social Work, Nirmala Niketan, Bombay University.
She started her career in Tata Press, Mumbai, as an Employee Counselor initiating welfare and counseling services for employees and their families. She also dealt with cases of maladjustment to work environment leading to aberrant behavior.
She has been associated with Vivekananda Bal Ashram and Indian Institute of Youth Welfare, Nagpur; Manovikas Kendra, Kolkata; Arya Vidya Mandir, Women’s Graduate Union and Seva Sadan in Mumbai.
Shruta’s core competence is in Counseling and Mentoring, with a strong conceptual and analytical ability in designing initiatives, coupled with assessment of both pre- and post- development inputs. She is a specialist in counseling for Stress Management and for improvement of interpersonal relationships.
